Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

PAYRATE: $19.42 - $28.91 Hourly
