Inbound Answering Service Agent - OHIO Residents Only

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to callers according to the account protocol
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals
  • Take messages and relay them to the appropriate person
  • Provide information and answer questions according to account settings
  • Maintain a professional and courteous phone manner at all times
  • Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist with dispatching duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of previous answering service/call center experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Typing at least 45 wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in English spelling and grammar
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and composure under pressure
  • A college degree is not required but is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
