Part-time customer service for awesome fully-remote tech company
Posted 2025-04-06We're an all-remote tech company looking for someone to handle our customer support.
We need someone who is friendly, intelligent, curious, tech-savvy, and self-motivated. You'll be answering emails and calls from users, covering everything from "my password isn't working" to "I'm filing a dispute". You'll also be suggesting how we can improve our software, managing our help center articles, and generally making sure we're doing a great job for our customers.
This is a super flexible role. It would require an hour or two of work a day, which you can perform any time during US business hours, from anywhere in the world. And our terms are very friendly. There's a minimum payment, but not a maximum  if you work more in a day, we'll pay you for that.
This is also a role with room for growth. Depending on what you're interested in, this could expand into personal assistant duties, testing for our software, even product management. We're growing a lot right now, so if you're smart and motivated you will be a huge asset.
Advanced fluency in English is an absolute requirement. Bonus points if you have software experience or if you're based in Texas.
