Responsibilities: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat. Assist customers in navigating our products and services efficiently. Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively. Monitor chat support metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and company policies.

Requirements: Proven experience in customer support or a related field. Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity. Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools. High level of empathy and a customer-centric approach. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

PAYRATE: $20.19 - $33.90 Hourly
