 *How will you make an impact in this role?**
This Manager will oversee and optimize our Software Capitalization processes and forecasting within the Enterprise Services FP&A team. This role is crucial in managing monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning activities related to software capitalization, ensuring forecasting accuracy and compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Controllership, Technology, and Corporate Planning, to drive data integrity, streamline reporting, and provide strategic insights for financial planning and decision-making. Enterprise Services Finance is committed to ongoing improvement and evolution of its roles and responsibilities, and as such, the below may be subject to refinement, addition, or modification in the future.
 *Key responsibilities include:**
+ Own and enhance Software Capitalization financial planning processes (e.g., monthly R&Os, LRP, and Plan), ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
+ Partner closely with the Controllership and Tech Finance LFO organization to support Software Capitalization R&O recommendations and meet business objectives
+ Maintain and update Power BI dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key financial and metrics for Software Capitalization
+ Perform in-depth financial analysis on Software Capitalization, identifying trends and reporting findings to leaders for strategic decision-making
+ Prepare and support presentation materials (e.g., monthly results, BUR and quarterly EC decks) for Software Capitalization metrics and trends, delivering clear insights and data for leadership discussions
+ Execute on ad hoc analyses stemming from senior leader asks  *Minimum Qualifications:**
+ BachelorÂs degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of Finance or equivalent experience.
+ Proficient in Microsoft suite required.
+ Knowledge of GAAP software capitalization rules, financial modelling and forecasting processes.
+ Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Passion for developing and driving partnerships across multiple functions across the Enterprise.
+ Excellent communication skills: ability to distill financial data into clear and concise insights.
+ Robust technical skills to synthesize large amounts of complex data with the ability to draw key conclusions.
+ Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively and drive results while meeting critical deadlines.
+ Self-starter with a high degree of intellectual curiosity. Â *Preferred Qualifications:**
+ MBA or CPA preferred.
+ Software capitalization experience in a tech-driven environment preferred.
+ Advanced Excel skills preferred.
+ IBM Cognos TM1 and Power BI experience strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
