DocuSign Forms and Process Administrator Student Worker - Remote (Student Wage)
Posted 2025-04-06The ITS Document Services team is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student to join their team as a DocuSign Forms and Process Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in creating and migrating forms and processes to digital formats. Duties will include designing, developing and testing DocuSign electronic form templates and process automation. Additionally, work will include working with department heads to understand their needs during creation and implementation of the forms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work independently. Prior experience in data entry and customer service is a plus. Students are expected to work 10-20 hours per week. Hours are flexible. This is a part-time position with an estimated pay of $15.00 per hour. To be considered for this position, students must be currently enrolled in the University of Virginia.
