What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Participate in research studies, online focus groups, product testing, and more
• Complete tasks and micro-tasks as required
• Follow through on study requirements and provide feedback
• Use data entry skills to input information accurately
• Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel for organization (helpful but not mandatory)
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Current USA resident
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus)
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Background in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, or Sales Support
• Previous experience in similar research studies
