What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Answering/transferring inbound and outbound calls during business hours
 Providing support to other departments and mail services
 Processing customer service requests, payments, and administrative tasks
 Insurance tracking and reporting
 Assisting with early-stage collections duties
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 At least 3 years of customer service experience
 High school diploma or GED
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Detail-oriented and organized
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 At least 5 years of customer service experience
 Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or social science
 Knowledge of the Equipment Loan/Leasing Finance industry
 Knowledge of Salesforce
 Bilingual Spanish proficiency
