Boys & Girls Clubs of El Paso is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support through live chat channels. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy helping others, we would love for you to join our team!
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our programs and services through live chat.
• Assist customers with any issues or problems they may encounter and find appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and... promotions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
• Positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
