In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support through live chat channels. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy helping others, we would love for you to join our team!
Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our programs and services through live chat.
 Assist customers with any issues or problems they may encounter and find appropriate solutions.
 Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
 Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers.
 Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
 Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
 Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and... promotions.
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Proven customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously.
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 Proficient in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
 Positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer-centric approach.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
