Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. Â Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment. Â Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail. Â Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Â Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Â Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. Â Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
