Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
 Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat
 Provide accurate information about products and services
Appointment Setting
 Collect appointment information and schedule appointments
Knowledge Management
 Develop and update a knowledge base on evolving products and services
Lead Generation
 Gather customer contact details for lead generation and client evaluation
 Summarize customer interactions based on their needs for client review
Qualifications
 Preferred experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry
 Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
 Proficiency in basic internet and computer skills
 Strong multitasking abilities, gaming experience is a plus
 Positive and professional demeanor
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Adaptability and enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
 Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
 Possess a patient, friendly attitude
 Strong decision-making and analytical skills
 Fluent in spoken and written English
 Fast typing abilities are advantageous (minimum 35 WPM)
 Successful completion of a background check
 High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
 Preferred 2+ years of experience in customer interaction, office setting, call center, or office customer service.
