 Assist providers with claims, investigations, and appeals
 Handle authorizations and utilization management appeals
 Respond to eligibility and benefits inquiries
 Document provider inquiries and specific details
 Assist with educating providers on self-service options
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center as a customer service representative
 Effective verbal and written communication skills
 Strong typing and analytical abilities with a typing speed of 40 WPM
 Active listening and problem-solving abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
 1-2 years of experience with healthcare insurance
 Experience with billing, coding, or back-end processing
