What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Drive sales and develop relationships with key accounts to generate referrals and grow the agency's client base
 Coordinate referrals and maintain timely communication with the intake and office team
 Proactively follow up on new account leads and provide community insights for program development
 Build and nurture relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals
 Attend community, networking, and social events to promote agency services
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Graduate of an accredited college/university preferred
 Previous post-acute healthcare sales experience, particularly in home health, SNFs, DME, ortho, and cardiac
 Excellent communication, selling, and problem-solving skills
 Reliable transportation for local travel within the assigned territory
 Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to various working conditions
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a workable sales plan
 Strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws related to healthcare marketing
 Previous experience in public relations or community outreach programs
 Proven track record of generating referrals within healthcare settings
 Familiarity with market intelligence data and sales growth tools
