 Customer Engagement: Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and dealership operations.
 Appointment Setting: Gather necessary information to schedule appointments efficiently.
 Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our ever-evolving products and services.
 Lead Generation: Collect customer contact information to generate leads for our dealer clients.
 Interaction Summarization: Summarize online interactions based on customer needs for client review.
Qualifications
 Preferred Experience: Background in retail customer service or the automotive industry.
 Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 35 words per minute, with 40+ words per minute preferred.
 Computer Proficiency: Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills required.
 Multitasking: Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience seen as a bonus.
 Communication Skills: Positive and professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
 Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
 Attitude: Maintain a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude towards customers.

 Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English.

 Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
 Experience: Preferred 2+ years of experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting.
