Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, track shipments, and provide customers with accurate updates.
• Offer detailed information on shipping options, tracking information, and expected delivery times.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory and timely resolution.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer concerns.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
