Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts and provide support as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Analyze account data and provide insights to improve performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 8+ years of experience in account management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
