Ecolab is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their... overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers

Requirements:
• 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Negotiation skills to handle difficult situations with customers
• Resourceful and driven attitude to exceed customer expectations
• High school diploma or equivalent required
