Position Title: Vice-President of Construction
Subsidiary: Leisnoi Government Services, LLC
Reports to: President/Chief Executive Officer
Supervises: As assigned
Job Statues: Full-Time Regular  Exempt
Position Summary:
The Construction Vice-President is a top leadership role, member of the executive team, overseeing and building construction line of business (LOB) managed by Leisnoi Government Services, LLC. (LGS). The Vice-President will direct and coordinate the construction business operations of LGS and establish and implement current and long-range objectives, strategies, and plans. Guides construction lines of business towards achievement of growth and profit goals.

 Oversees budgets and staff and evaluates the success of the LGS construction line of business
 Serves as a key member of the executive management team
 Meets with team members and other executives to assess the direction of the construction LOB, develops short and long-term goals, plans, and strategies, and ensures the LOB is in compliance with the companyÂs stated mission
 Attends Leisnoi, Inc. board meetings giving reports and updates.
 Oversees the complete operation of the construction LOB ensuring all goals are met based on the company's strategic plans.
 Responsible for overseeing the performance of a group of major projects to assure the achievement of internal and client projected goals
 This position requires an especially accomplished individual to interface with the LGS client leads
 Supports business development opportunities and innovative strategies and solutions for a large portfolio of remediation and construction sites
 Drives the construction LOB performance and strategic planning to meet and/or exceed goals
 Ultimately responsible for developing and evaluating future new business pursuits to allow for future growth goals
 Participates in project reviews of major program/project performance deep dives to identify issues and improve performance
 Actively integrates internal/external resources into project delivery to meet and manage the change associated with this transition
Qualifications
 BachelorÂs or MasterÂs degree from an accredited college in engineering, construction management or other related field
 A total of 10+ years experience in a construction related field
 Excellent working knowledge of construction methods, facilities operations and building systems
 Professional Engineer License Preferred
 Proven experience successfully managing high-profile, multi-faceted construction projects at Federal Department of Defense military sites
 Knowledge of the Small Business Administration 8(a) program
 Experience supervising and/or managing employees

 Builds, maintains, and facilitates trusting relationships with key contacts across the depth and breadth of client organizations
 Serves as a focal point for major issue resolution and provides rapid follow-up to address concerns
 Serves as a staff team leader, mentor, and supervisor, including career development planning
 Actively shares staff management responsibilities with the program team
 Manages team goals such as labor volume, utilization, resourcing, staff assignments
 Participates in feedback for Project Managers to assure client satisfaction and long-term growth
 Actively promotes health and safety stewardship, including local field visits
 Works collaboratively with Business Development Managers and directs future focus of the Construction Line of Business to grow a profitable backlog and ensure financial success of their respective client programs
 Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
 Leads capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects within the program, ensures those strategies yield high capture rates, grows the business and relevant technical capabilities
