We are currently looking for a highly organized and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this remote role, you will manage communications, handle corporate schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and issue invoices.
Key Responsibilities
 Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
 Schedule meetings and manage calendars for clients and staff.
 Coordinate travel plans and arrangements for employees.
 Issue and track invoices to clients.
 Update and maintain the company website and social media profiles.
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Reliable internet connection for remote work.
