Responsibilities
 Accurately input alphabetic and numeric information into databases and software programs
 Carefully read and interpret source documents and enter required data into designated fields
 Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of various data types before entering them into the system
 Compare entered data with source documents to detect and correct any errors
 Maintain operational records and logs, ensuring all data and activities are documented
 Follow organizational processes to safeguard data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
 Establish data entry priorities by adhering to organizational guidelines
 Review, correct, delete, recover, or reenter customer and account data as necessary
 Purge files to remove duplicate information and secure data through regular backups
 Operate office equipment as needed to assist in data entry tasks
Qualifications
 Previous experience in data entry or clerical work
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
