Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner
 Provide accurate information regarding products and services
 Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
 Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system
 Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
 Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies
 Report recurring issues to management for further action
