 Provide precise details regarding vehicle availability, leasing rates, policies, and guidelines.
 Promote additional products and services to meet client needs and enhance their rental experience.
 Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
 Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong ability to solve problems with a customer-oriented approach.
 Knowledge of CRM software a plus.
