Software Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive specialized in Business Intelligence (BI) Analytical Dashboard Projects and AI & ML Models Development Sales. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of BI, analytics, AI, and machine learning technologies, coupled with a strong sales background. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote BI analytical dashboard projects and AI & ML models development services.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions accordingly.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation... activities, networking, market analysis, and collaboration with marketing teams.
Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client requirements and propose suitable BI, analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and quotations in collaboration with the technical team, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications.
Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and drive the sales process to successful closure. Ensure all contractual agreements are accurately documented.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, data scientists, developers, and analysts to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and generate reports to assess progress towards targets. Make adjustments to strategies as necessary to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
 Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector with experience in selling BI solutions, analytical dashboards, and AI & ML models.
 Strong understanding of BI, analytics, AI, and machine learning concepts, technologies, and applications.
 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
 Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
 Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
 Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
 Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Experience:
 Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
 Knowledge of AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
 Previous experience in solution selling or consultative sales roles.
