What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Develop and maintain strategic forecast and capacity planning models for workforce planning and budgeting
 Collaborate with various departments to create cost-effective staff plans that meet business objectives
 Conduct root cause and scenario analyses to assist in strategic and tactical planning initiatives
 Analyze historical data and trends to enhance forecasting models
 Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 3+ years of experience in developing complex analytical models using Excel, Python, R, or similar tools
 2+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning and statistical modeling
 2+ years of experience in SQL with the ability to construct complex queries for data analysis
 2+ years of experience using Tableau or Power BI
 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Demonstrated project management skills
 Experience in the healthcare industry
 Academic or industry experience in supply chain optimization, data science, machine learning, or operations research
 Experience in forecasting and capacity modeling
 ETL experience
