What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Perform data entry tasks including new hires, bank information, and employee verifications
• Assist with testing for payroll HCM system patches, upgrades, and modifications
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all department matters
• Execute other duties as assigned, adapting to operational needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and the Code of Conduct

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience and basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
• Ability to lift approximately 20 lbs. and comply with physical demands of the job
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with HCM systems, AS/400, and Kronos
• High level of attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a high-volume environment
• Capability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
