• Excellent written and verbal customer service experience
• Microsoft Outlook
• Will be answering phone calls and emails
• Must pick up equipment that is provided in Coppell facility

Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Provide Outstanding Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience across all communication channels. Work with our Core Values in mind and represent the company well. • Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues, collaborating with other teams when necessary to deliver timely solutions. • De-escalate Concerns: Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning negative situations into positive outcomes. • Uphold Company Values: Represent the company with integrity and commitment to our Core Values in every customer interaction. • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer pain points, helping to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
