What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Make outbound calls to educate patients on the benefits of the care coordination program
• Establish rapport with potential patients and tailor messaging based on their demographics and health concerns
• Overcome objections to participation in the program
• Maintain high call volume, spending over 80% of time on the phone
• Perform accurate data entry while multi-tasking during calls

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Sales acumen and proven adaptability in a high-volume sales environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and performance metrics consistently
• Excellent communication skills to explain programs clearly and persuasively
• Experience working in a team dynamic and demonstrating leadership
• Must possess an associate degree or higher and be US-based

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Natural ability to empathize with patients and maintain a patient-focused mindset
• Comfort with various software platforms, including Microsoft Office
• Strong ability to creatively deliver education to patients about the care coordination program
