As a Virtual Assistant Contractor, youÂll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing top-notch administrative support with the guidance of a supervisor or project manager. YouÂll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
 Email Management: Sort and filter emails efficiently.
 Online Research: Conduct thorough and accurate research as needed.
 Calendar Management: Schedule, confirm, cancel, or reschedule meetings and appointments.
 Client/Customer Follow-Up: Engage with clients through phone, social media, Skype, email, and more.
 Presentation Support: Create, proof, and edit PowerPoint presentations.
 Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage data.
 Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans and accommodations.
 Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events.
Requirements
 Education: AssociateÂs or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
 Availability: Ability to work at least 40 hours per month.
 Location: Must be U.S.-based.
 Independence: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
 Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong typing ability (minimum 50 WPM with accuracy), and proficiency with internet and computer applications.
 Commitment: Available Monday through Friday from 9 am EST to 5 pm EST, and willing to commit to a one-year agreement.
 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or creative roles.
 Screening: Ability to pass background and reference checks.
