What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Assist members with pharmacy benefit plans by answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
• Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience
• Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries
• Service a variety of clients and call types to meet evolving business needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, or hospitality industry
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to problem solve in a positive and productive manner
• Comfortable demonstrating genuine concern for improving customer quality of life

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• 6 months of healthcare experience
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
