The FHA Repairs Coordinator is responsible for managing property preservation and repair services for FHA properties. This role involves handling pre and post-sale services, ensuring compliance with HUD standards, and maintaining communication with vendors and clients. The position requires flexibility to assist with various duties across departments as needed.
Responsibilities
 Handle both pre and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash outs.

 Communicate with vendors to ensure services are completed correctly and timely.

 Review photos for quality assurance and completion.

 Interact directly with the client in a professional manner regarding general and specific inquiries.

 Utilize multiple databases and software programs to assist in performing and completing day-to-day job duties.

 Negotiate and submit bids into HUD's P260 database for approval.

 Convey properties to HUD standards for later sale.
,
 Be flexible for other duties as assigned, including cross-training across roles/departments.
Requirements
 Must have property preservation experience.

 Must have experience working with field vendors.
,
 High school diploma or equivalent required.
,
 Background check required.
,
 Drug screening required.
Nice-to-haves
 FHA experience in property preservation specifically (not mortgage/sales).
