Healthcare Customer Service Representative (REMOTE)
Posted 2025-04-06VIATEQ Corporation is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent to support a client in healthcare. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls, document details of your conversation, and use scripts and other resources to guide conversations.

 This role is for a government client and will require your ability to pass a detailed background check.
The Successful Customer Service Agent Will
 Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy
 Proficiently utilize online reference materials relating to the program to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information
 Utilize technical systems effectively and efficiently including desktop, call center specific phone systems, and the internet
 Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics
 Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program
 Follow protocol and to apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
 Maintain sufficient reliable private internet connection, not supplied by the use of cellular data, with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
Must Have (Required):
 Minimum High School Diploma or GED
 Healthcare-related certification
 Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
 Strong computer skills
 Strong internet connection due to the remote nature of this role
 Ability to pass language knowledge assessment
Nice to Have (Not Required):
 Bilingual in Spanish
 Previous government clearance
