What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Support day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities
• Manage lifecycle processes, governance, and IAM administration, including creating and terminating user accounts
• Utilize a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Prioritize and multitask urgent requests effectively

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts
• Experience with manual IAM processes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of security principles related to IAM
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience working with a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
