Job Description
XYZ Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, helping to create a positive customer experience and maintaining our companyÂs reputation for outstanding service.
Requirements
 Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
 Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
 High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
 Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Responsibilities
 Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats
 Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
 Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
