Job Description

Delta Airlines is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. ### Requirements

– High School Diploma or equivalent

– Ability to type at least 30 words per minute

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

– Strong communication skills

– Previous customer service experience preferred

– Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace

– Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed

### Responsibilities

– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

– Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

– Assist customers with booking and changing flight reservations

– Provide information on flight schedules, cancellations, and delays

– Process payments, refunds, and other transactions

– Maintain customer records and update their account information

– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
