What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Read and accurately input data from customer and shipping orders, deciphering difficult handwriting as needed
• Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system
• Verify the accuracy of entered data and report any errors or anomalies to your supervisor
• Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform administrative duties such as filing and copying
• Spend approximately five hours daily on data entry and three hours on administrative tasks

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
• Patience and attention to detail for repetitive work
• Ability to keep accurate and updated logs of ongoing work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (as about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
• Social perceptiveness and service orientation
