What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
• Collect and input patient data into the e-Intake system
• Verify product and service details according to regulations and guidelines
• Provide basic technical assistance and education regarding CPAP equipment
• Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
• Strong background in customer service
• Basic computer and internet skills, along with passing a typing test
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (when applicable)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
• Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in medical terminology
