Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities: • Efficiently onboard new users and agents, guiding them through our processes. • Communicate clearly and effectively with agents from various countries. • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative environment. • Address and resolve client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction. • Gather and report client feedback to enhance our services. • Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to our platform. • Stay updated on our products to deliver accurate information to clients. • Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive support.

Work Hours:
• 7 PM to 3 AM IST

The Profile
