Key Responsibilities: Â Efficiently onboard new users and agents, guiding them through our processes. Â Communicate clearly and effectively with agents from various countries. Â Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative environment. Â Address and resolve client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction. Â Gather and report client feedback to enhance our services. Â Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to our platform. Â Stay updated on our products to deliver accurate information to clients. Â Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive support.
Work Hours:
 7 PM to 3 AM IST

The Profile
Qualifications: Â Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Â Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.
