We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Minimum Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent  1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications:  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field  Experience in the automotive industry  Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:  Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person  Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers  Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner  Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions  Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Skills:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our customers. You will also use your problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success in this role.
