What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Source and recruit for technology and digital teams across various IT skill sets
• Manage the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Collaborate with executive leadership on high-priority roles
• Work with a coordinator to facilitate the interview process for candidates
• Lead initiatives related to internships, career fairs, and other HR tasks

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting
• Proficiency in various technical roles, including software engineering and infrastructure engineering
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proven ability to track and report on open requirements
• Experience refining job requirements in collaboration with executive stakeholders

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Familiarity with Oracle's ATS system
• Experience using Monday.com
