 Responsibilities*
- Provide executive administrative support including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents
- Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Use AI to transcribe drafts for efficient final preparation of meetings as requested.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and organization
- Assist with email communications, reviewing campaign emails to enhance the customer journey.
- Support the founder with office tasks like answering emails, making phone calls/email contacts, and managing calendars
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies and manage projects to completion
- Support Debra in processes of hiring, onboarding and training staff
- Analyze data for company, product and marketing effort performance and suggest marketingstrategies to increase sales  Experience*
- Proven experience in providing virtual administrative support
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to use AI to increase efficiency, first drafts and creativity
- Previous experience in marketing, project management or office roles, assisting growth of a company is preferred
- Preference of compensation and reward based on company performance is a must.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.08 - $25.48 per hour
Expected hours: 10 Â 30 per week
