Responsibilities: Â Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. Â Provide detailed information about products and services. Â Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns promptly. Â Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all customer interactions. Â Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
Qualifications: Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. (Required) Â Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup. (Required) Â Based in LATAM (Required) Â Not required, but if youÂve ever worked, lived, or attended school in the US or Canada, weÂd love to hear from you! Â Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office. Â A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset. Â Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required. Â Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
