Your focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction and consistently provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities of Customer Operations Associate:
• Extend a warm reception to customers and ascertain the purpose of their visit or question.
• Share the latest trends and industry news related to products and services.
• By staying informed on product specifics and business policies, you can ensure that your clients receive accurate information.
• Keep track of promotions, discounts and bundle offers that can help increase the chances of upselling products and services.
• Execute cash transactions with the utmost care and caution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
• Keep all customer-related information confidential except where legally required to disclose.
