Responsibilities
 Professionally handling incoming calls for clients and their callers

 Providing exceptional customer service

 Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to clients

 Offering a warm phone presence, generally smiling, being friendly, helpful and positive
Requirements
 Preferably call center experience and/or experience in a fast-paced environment

 Excellent speaking voice and telephone manner
,
 Confidence with computers and typing skills (over 50 wpm)
,
 Attention to detail and accuracy
,
 Team player, professional attitude and a sense of humor
,
 Take pride in the quality of your work in providing a positive client experience

 Minimum of 1-year Customer Service experience

 High School Diploma or Equivalent
