The Virtual Receptionist position at ReceptionHQ offers an exciting opportunity to work from home while providing professional telephone answering services for clients. As a key representative of both ReceptionHQ and its clients, the role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle calls efficiently in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities
• Professionally handling incoming calls for clients and their callers
,
• Providing exceptional customer service
,
• Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to clients
,
• Offering a warm phone presence, generally smiling, being friendly, helpful and positive

Requirements
• Preferably call center experience and/or experience in a fast-paced environment
,
• Excellent speaking voice and telephone manner
,
• Confidence with computers and typing skills (over 50 wpm)
,
• Attention to detail and accuracy
,
• Team player, professional attitude and a sense of humor
,
• Take pride in the quality of your work in providing a positive client experience
,
• Minimum of 1-year Customer Service experience
,
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
