Staff4Me is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Content Moderator who is fluent in Indonesian to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content across various platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and established policies. Your meticulous approach will help us maintain a safe and welcoming online environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:: • Review and assess user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, for conformity to community guidelines. • Identify, flag, and remove any inappropriate or harmful content according to established protocols. • Provide feedback to users regarding content issues when necessary and escalate complex cases to higher management. • Monitor community interactions and report on patterns or reoccurring issues to enhance content moderation tactics. • Work collaboratively with other moderators to ensure a uniform approach to moderation across the platforms. • Keep abreast of changing platform policies and industry best practices to inform moderation strategies. • Engage in training and team meetings to share knowledge and improve overall moderation effectiveness.

Requirements: • Fluency in Indonesian (native or equivalent), with proficiency in written and spoken English. • Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role is advantageous. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills for effective decision-making. • Familiarity with social media environments and current digital content trends. • Ability to manage sensitive topics with professionalism and care. • Proficient with moderation tools and familiar with online safety guidelines. • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
