The New Verticals Partner Integrations team is dedicated to our Merchant's success, working to build cutting-edge technology services that empower merchants to grow their businesses seamlessly. About the Role
DoorDash is looking for someone who wants a challenge, likes interfacing with top clients, and is passionate about standardizing & scaling high growth products across our New Verticals business. You will serve as the Technical Account Manager for these integrations, gathering information from partners and helping them connect to our systems. You will be expected to get to the lowest level of detail to understand our products & processes, as well as to think strategically about growing this business & function. You will strategize with our cross-functional DoorDash teams to build & operate a world class integrations platform.

 You will be the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our New Verticals partners, leading implementation and process improvement
 You will partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis, merchant insights, and the definition of new processes
 You will help shape the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners
 You will empower cross functional partners by partnering with Growth Operations to educate stakeholders on integrations and create user-friendly enablement content

 Collaborating closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the DoorDash platform.

Qualifications
 Operational
 Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes
 Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
 Experience in project and/or program management
 Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
 Technical
 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
 Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
 Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
 [Dasher Shop Role] Prior experience with Grocery e-commerce, POS and Inventory systems
 [Parcel Role] Prior experience with 3rd Party Logistics providers
 General
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 BachelorÂs degree required

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employeeÂs work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
