EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent

• A medical background is very helpful

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must communicate and work well with your fellow employees, patients, customers and other healthcare professionals.

• Knowledgeable of equipment and product line and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient files.

• Participate in monthly staff meetings and in-services.

• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.

• Must be computer literate.

• Must have good telephone skills.

• Must be detail oriented.

• Must be able to prioritize various tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with coordinating sales, inventory and assembly of equipment and supplies.

• Must be able to obtain insurance verifications, produce CMNs, and professional letters and quotes.

• Prepares authorization requests for Medicaid and other funding agencies to assure proper paperwork is included in the request.

• Reviews all returned CMN/LMN and authorizations to determine that the paperwork is complete, and we will be paid appropriately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
