 Drive growth by cultivating client relationships
 Lead the client account planning cycle
 Ensure clients needs are consistently met
 Develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients
 Proactively introduce solutions and ideas to clients
 Manage sales lifecycle and communicate business and financial cases
 Ensure client satisfaction and retention
 Execute deliverables within marketing & campaign initiatives
 Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges
Requirements:  5- 10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with business process outsourcing (BPO)  5- 10 years insurance industry experience  BachelorÂs degree  Experience selling products or services to insurance organizations.  Insurance designations preferred.  Proven record of sales success and internal drive to persevere and grow client relationships.  Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to listen effectively to client and audience responses (verbal and non-verbal)  Exceptional interpersonal skills
