Description:
• Drive growth by cultivating client relationships
• Lead the client account planning cycle
• Ensure clients’ needs are consistently met
• Develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients
• Proactively introduce solutions and ideas to clients
• Manage sales lifecycle and communicate business and financial cases
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Execute deliverables within marketing & campaign initiatives
• Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges

Requirements: • 5- 10 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with business process outsourcing (BPO) • 5- 10 years insurance industry experience • Bachelor’s degree • Experience selling products or services to insurance organizations. • Insurance designations preferred. • Proven record of sales success and internal drive to persevere and grow client relationships. • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to listen effectively to client and audience responses (verbal and non-verbal) • Exceptional interpersonal skills
