Position: Remote Debt Collector

This remote position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of four years of experience in third-party collections. For those new to the field, we also provide a fully onsite option.

Key Responsibilities
• Employ skip tracing strategies to locate consumers.
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with clients.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Articulate charges to consumers clearly and address inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve any disputes.
• Comply with company policies as well as local, state, and federal collection regulations.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with colleagues and management.

Required Skills
• Strong attention to detail accompanied by excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to follow management guidelines and a proactive approach to learning.
• Proficient analytical skills to evaluate account histories.
