Our client has become a leading nationwide mortgage lender, with product solutions such as NonQM, DSCR, FHA, VA, USDA and much more. Ideal candidates for this position have a strong service-oriented mindset with prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proven knowledge of mortgage lending compliance and regulatory requirements.
Who we need:
 The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Executive that has an existing client base; you will be a part of a dynamic and productive team that focuses on providing the best customer service and product knowledge
 Be a subject matter expert on all loan products offered by the Company
 Must have a current book of brokers for NON QM and DSCR loans
 Principal Duties Develop prospective accounts and manage all business opportunities within a defined sales territory
 Source new brokers on an ongoing basis and go through approval process
 Maintain sales contact and pipeline
 Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements
 Train their mortgage brokers on the loan packaging and submission requirements so that their loans are efficiently processed after submission
 Be a subject matter expert on the underwriting requirements of each loan product, handling all pre-submission questions from their mortgage brokers
 Understand the rate sheets and pricing for each loan product, handling pricing related questions from their mortgage brokers
Qualifications and Experience:
 2+ years of experience in in the residential lending industry
 2+years of experience in a sales role in a Wholesale lending channel
 Knowledge of Agency, Non-Agency, Jumbo and Investor loan products
 Demonstrated history of achieving monthly sales targets
