If you are a proactive, collaborative team player and leader with excellent communication skills, who can manage responsibilities and deadlines effectively, weÂd love to hear from you! 100% fully REMOTE position! Accounting Manager Benefits and Compensation:  Salary range of $75k-$83k DOE + Bonus  Fully remote role with flexible scheduling!  Quarterly performance reviews  Benefits eligibility after 90 days, including PTO, health insurance, and paid holidays  Company-matched IRA after 3 years  Excellent opportunities for career advancement Accounting Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:  5+ years of full-cycle Bookkeeping and Accounting experience  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required  Strong General Accounting knowledge and experience  Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop/QuickBooks Online  Proficient in Excel  Multi-unit / Multi-location accounting experience is necessary  Experience using Billable hours  Strong and confident personality and work style  Strong leadership skills  Confidently manage projects and processes  Quality focused  Able to meet with clients via phone or web call to review their business and analyze accounting  Build trusted client relationships  Able to meet deadlines  Exceptional organizational skills  Customer Service oriented
